When Ruth joined DePrez & Son she brought her Real Estate knowledge and expertise

to our company. As Broker for DPS, Ruth provides guidance related to property management compliance, as well as assisting our clients in buying, leasing, and selling properties. Her strong background in mortgage and financing experience, helps when evaluating potential properties, loan options, and cash-flow opportunities.

Her diverse background includes Operations Management & Investor Relations for two

funding companies, Director of Fund Development for a national civil rights organization,

and leadership roles in both senior living and youth oriented non-profit organizations.

In addition to her California Real Estate Broker’s license. Ruth holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Ecology from the University of California, Irvine (UCI), a Master of Science Degree from California State University, Northridge in Recreation Administration/Non-Profit Business Administration. She also holds a Certificate in Fundraising from UCI and is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor.

JEFF DEPREZ

Owner/Agent

Jeff DePrez is the President of DePrez and Son, Inc. and hold a California Real Estate License.  As President of DePrez and Son, Inc.  Jeff oversees the operations of office staff and the maintenance team to ensure quality service is provided to owners, tenants, and clients who are seeking to sell or buy property.

Jeff's background includes working as a police officer in Southern California, Commercial Property Management, and facility management. Jeff is CCRM certified and is an active member of the California Apartment Association and IVAR.

Jeff began his career as an onsite property manager, became a police officer in Southern California, and has his degree in Criminal Justice. Jeff has transposed his training and expertise as a police officer into effectively managing tenants, rental properties, and properties that are for sale.
